What is it?

Magnesium is an essential mineral for humans, as is part of every organ in the body, especially the heart, muscles, and kidneys. It is a co-factor of numerous metabolic pathways involved in muscular, neurological, and hormonal functions. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), as a co-factor too is involved in carbohydrates, lipid, and amino acid metabolism.

Where can I find them?

Both of them can only be obtained from diet. Magnesium sources are almonds, peanuts, legumes, spinach, whole wheat bread, etc., while vitamin B6 sources are milk, fatty fish, eggs, beef, carrots, citrus fruits, etc.

Menor fatiga y duermo mejor

Después de 2 meses de estar tomando minuciosamente este producto he notado una mejora en mi recuperación post entreno. Siento menor fatiga muscular, más energía y, algo que no me esperaba, mayor descanso. Junto con otros recursos, esto me está ayudando a mejorar la calidad del sueño lo cual repercute directamente a la calidad de los entrenos. Estoy gratamente sorprendida, porque aunque el cambio no es abismal, ese pequeño aporte de magnesio y vitamina b6 me está ayudando a mejorar, a sentir menos pesadez e inflamación (sobretodo en partes del cuerpo con mayor desequilibrio = lesiones cronificadas según algunos; para mi, dolor al que aún no he prestado la atención y el tratamiento que requiere :)) En definitiva, me siento más liviana. Lo recomiendo

El sabor es un poco ácido, pero reconozco que los días que lo tomé me sentía menos cansada. Un plus que se quede el regusto a plátano en la boca después de tomarlo.
