GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
The purchase of these products will be governed by the following general terms and conditions. The buyer accepts them without exception. The contracting conditions and the purchase procedure are presented in both English and Spanish.
These general terms of purchase apply to all products and services offered on the website and may be modified without prior notice, without affecting changes to purchases already made.

- The buyer or customer, who will purchase the products.
- The seller, who will sell the product: EVOLVERE SCIENCE LABS S.L., hereinafter Kobho Labs (hereinafter, the SELLER) with CIF B09848599, domiciled at c/ Zurbano 23, Madrid, 28010 SPAIN and email address: info@kobholabs.com.
Kobho Labs is a website for purchasing dietary supplements. Kobho Labs aims to redefine the world of supplements, seeking the highest bioavailability of them.
Buyers on the website will have the following services available in their user account:
- Product catalog.
- Secure payment procedure.
- Confirmation of payments made and issuance of the invoice.
- Product recommendation test.

Stages of the Contracting Process
Product Selection
By browsing our website, you will find all our products categorized. The purchase of the products offered on the website is done by selecting the products, indicating the desired quantity. Once the quantity is selected, click on the "Buy" button, which will add the products to the cart located in the upper right corner.
Purchase Validation
Once your shopping cart is accepted, the website will display a summary of the products in it, and the buyer can add more quantity or remove products from the cart, as well as add any discount code they have.
If you wish to add new products, repeat the steps described in the "Product Selection" section.
If you have not logged into our website, you will need to enter your shipping details and select the desired payment method. At this step, the shipping conditions to the selected address will be shown. You can also provide additional information about the product delivery. However, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to fulfill your instructions.
If you have a discount coupon to apply to your purchase, enter it in the corresponding section.
To proceed to finalize your purchase, use any of the payment methods we provide. Some of these methods may request additional information to continue (user account of the platform, or access to your digital banking system). Once the payment details are entered, you must accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
Upon completing the purchase, the website will display a summary box with the completed purchase. This information will also be sent to the email address you provided.
In cases where there is a delay between payment and receipt, the delivery period will not start until the transfer is confirmed.
If you hold a credit card and detect a fraudulent charge on our website, please inform us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. You can do so via email at info@kobholabs.com
If after making the purchase, and before the shipment is made, you wish to cancel it, please contact us by sending an email to info@kobholabs.com so that we can assist you.
Product Delivery
The delivery time will be determined by the chosen shipping company. Under normal conditions, the shipment of our products will be as shown in the final purchase process and according to the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery is 24-48 hours. Once the message that the order is ready is received, the delivery period set by the shipping company will begin to count.
In case of delay caused exclusively by the shipping company, the seller will be exempt from responsibility. From the moment we send our products until delivery to the final recipient, the carrier will be responsible for any damage caused, exempting the seller from liability. However, if any incident occurs in this regard, please inform us via email: info@kobholabs.com.
It is possible that for reasons beyond our control or that of the shipping company, or due to force majeure, you do not receive the products within the indicated period. If you do not receive your order within the indicated period, please contact us at info@kobholabs.com.
Price
The prices of the products offered on the website are indicated in euros (€), including the Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping costs are free for orders over €45 in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. However, if you subscribe in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands, shipping costs are free for your first order and all subsequent orders.
Once payment is made, all the conditions reflected here are understood to be accepted without exception.
Offers and promotions will be expressly indicated, understanding that an excessively low price compared to the rest of the products or equal to zero will be due to an error, and therefore the final purchase process of the product with such an error will not be completed. Preparation Time for Shipment
The preparation time for the product shipment will be approximately 24-48 hours from the moment of purchase.
However, the preparation time depends largely on the availability of the product. If this is insufficient, Kobho Labs will contact the buyer to inform them of when stock will be available again and offer an alternative solution.
Returns
Once the order is confirmed, it will not be possible to modify or cancel it. In some cases, before the shipping confirmation is received, it will be possible to request a modification or cancellation through our customer service by sending an email to info@kobholabs.com, provided that the product has not been processed and has not left our logistics facilities. In no case will the customer be responsible for the return costs, which will be borne by the seller.
Steps for Returns
All products purchased at www.kobholabs.com can be returned and refunded, provided the intention to return them is indicated within 14 calendar days of receipt, and the following conditions are met:
Defective Goods
Kobho Labs is responsible for limiting the situation of defective products. In case of compliance with the money-back guarantee, the refund or credit of the paid amount will be returned to the product buyer, deducting, in any case, the transport costs.
If the order has been tampered with (shipping box opened, broken, empty, or another situation that does not offer the security that one would reasonably expect, considering all circumstances and especially its presentation, the reasonably foreseeable use of it and the time of its sale), in case of compliance with the money-back guarantee, the refund or credit of the paid amount will be returned to the product buyer. The costs of this return will be borne by the seller.
Steps to Follow:
1. Photograph the product to show the damages caused by the transport and/or the product defects.
2. Contact our customer service to provide all the product details via email at info@kobholabs.com.
3. Once the email is received, we will contact you to process the return, indicating how to proceed, which will be as follows: take the product to the Post Office and process a return for reimbursement.
Return by Withdrawal
For the return shipment, the same cardboard box used to receive the product must be used to ensure it is well protected. If this box is not available, the customer must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives in good condition at our warehouses.
The products to be returned must be unused and in the conditions in which they were delivered, that is, with all their packaging, manuals, and original accessories.
The amounts paid for the item(s) will be refunded.
In no case will returns be accepted if they have been opened.
Once the request to exercise the right of withdrawal is received, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the returned product(s). The return request must be submitted within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt. The refund will always be made through the same payment method used by the customer. Return costs will be borne by the seller.
Include a copy of the invoice in the shipping box, marking the products sent.
Steps to Follow:
1. Contact info@kobholabs.com to provide all the product details via email.
2. Prepare the package for return as indicated in the previous section.
3. Once the email is received, we will contact you to process the return, indicating how to proceed, which will be as follows: take the product to the Post Office and process a return for reimbursement.
What Will Kobho Labs Do?
Once the products are received, we will proceed to examine them and then communicate whether or not you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the purchased product(s).
We will proceed to refund the purchase price once we have verified that the reason for the return is correct and not due to negligence by the buyer.
The return process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5 days of receiving the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, that is, if the purchase was made by credit card, the refunded amount will be credited to the same card; if the purchase was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer. The necessary data for the refund must be sent by the customer via email to info@kobholabs.com. The seller will bear the return costs of the products, as indicated above.
Returns of products that are not in the same condition as received or that have been opened will not be processed.
All sizes and formats of the products shown on our website are subject to variation due to a change in presentation or minor adjustments in formulation. There may be a slight period of time between receiving new items and updating the information on the website. As it is the same reference, we do not process returns in these cases.
Shipping Costs
EVOLVERE SCIENCE LABS S.L. only ships to:
- Mainland Spain and Europe.
Shipping is free, and delivery times are
calculated in the shopping cart based on the products and delivery location.
Privacy Policy
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the data provided will be processed for the corresponding purpose indicated in the privacy policy.
Cross-Border Dispute Resolution
If you have had any issues regarding how we handled your online purchase, we inform you that there is a European platform for resolving disputes for online contracts. Updating the Conditions
Due to legislative and jurisprudential changes, these conditions may undergo variations to adapt to the new regulatory reality. Therefore, we recommend that you frequently review these purchase conditions.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Kobho Labs reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. If, after the modification, the buyer does not agree with the new Conditions, they will have the right to delete the user account.
Limitation of Liability
In the event that Kobho Labs suffers any damage resulting from the fault of any of the parties, whether directly and/or indirectly, the responsible party agrees to indemnify Kobho Labs, especially when there is misconduct, illegality, malpractice, or professional negligence.
Kobho Labs is not responsible for negligent use of the products, when these cause health problems to the buyer or third parties who use or consume our products.
