TERMS OF PURCHASE

The sale of these products shall be governed by the following general contract conditions, which the buyer accepts without exception. The contract conditions and the purchasing process are presented in English and Spanish. These general terms of purchase apply to all products and services offered on the Website and may be modified without prior notice, without affecting purchases already completed.

  Kobho Labs is an online store for nutritional supplements. Its mission is to redefine the world of supplements by striving for maximum bioavailability. Buyers will have access to the following services within their user account: product catalog, secure payment procedure, payment confirmation and invoice issuance, and tests for product recommendations.

Product Selection
Browsing our Website, you will find all products categorized. Products are purchased by selecting them and specifying the desired quantity. After selecting the quantity, click “Buy” to add them to the shopping cart.

Order Validation
After accepting your cart, the site will display a summary of selected products, allowing you to increase quantities, remove items, or apply discount codes. To add new products, repeat the selection process. If you are not logged in, please enter your shipping details and select a payment method. At this stage, the shipping conditions for the chosen address will appear. You may also add additional delivery instructions, although we cannot guarantee that the transport company will follow them. If you have a discount voucher, enter it in the corresponding section. To finalize your purchase, choose one of the available payment methods. Some may require additional information (such as platform user accounts or online banking access). After entering payment details, you must accept the contract conditions and privacy policy. At the end of the purchase, the site will show a summary and send the information to your email. If there is a delay between payment and registration, delivery time will begin only after transfer confirmation. If you detect any fraudulent card transaction on our site, inform us immediately at info@kobholabs.com. If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us by email.

Product Delivery
Delivery time depends on the transport company chosen. Under normal conditions, shipment time corresponds to what is indicated during checkout, typically 24–48 hours. Once you receive the message confirming your order is ready, the transport company’s delivery period begins. In case of delays attributable exclusively to the transport company, the seller is not responsible. From dispatch to final delivery, the transport company is responsible for any damages. If an incident occurs, contact us at info@kobholabs.com. If, due to reasons beyond our control or force majeure, products are not delivered within the stated timeframe, contact us so we can assist.

Prices
Product prices on the Website are shown in euros (€), VAT included. Shipping is free. Once payment is made, all conditions here are accepted without exception. Order Preparation Time
Preparation time is approximately 24 hours. However, it depends on product stock. If stock is insufficient, Kobho Labs will contact the buyer to inform them and offer alternatives.

Returns
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Before shipment confirmation, a modification or cancellation may be requested by emailing info@kobholabs.com, provided the order has not been processed or left our warehouse. The customer will never bear return costs; these are covered by the seller.

Return Procedure
All products purchased on www.kobholabs.com may be returned and refunded if the return request is submitted within 14 calendar days after receipt, and the following conditions are met:

Defective Goods
Kobho Labs is responsible for defective products. If the money-back guarantee conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded, deducting transport costs when applicable. If the package has been tampered with (opened, torn, empty, or any other situation compromising its integrity), and the guarantee applies, the refund will be issued. Return costs are covered by the seller.
Steps: Photograph the damaged product. Contact customer service via info@kobholabs.com. Once received, we will arrange the return, which involves taking the product to the Post Office and processing a cash-on-delivery return.

Withdrawal Returns
Use the same box the product arrived in, or a protective box if unavailable. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories. Paid amounts will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for opened products. Withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and return shipping costs are covered by the seller. Include a copy of the invoice in the package.
Steps: Contact info@kobholabs.com with product details. Prepare the package. Once we receive your email, we will arrange the return via cash-on-delivery at the Post Office.

What Kobho Labs Will Do
Upon receiving the products, we will inspect them and inform you whether you are entitled to a refund. Refunds will be processed once the return reason is verified and not due to buyer negligence. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible, within 5 days of receipt, using the original payment method. Necessary information for refunds must be emailed to info@kobholabs.com. Return costs are covered by the seller. Returns of opened or non-original-condition products will not be processed. Product sizes or formats may vary slightly due to presentation changes or minor formulation adjustments, and returns will not be accepted in such cases, as the reference remains the same.

Shipping Destinations
Evolvere Science Labs S.L. ships only to mainland Spain and Europe. Shipping is free and delivery times are calculated in the cart.

Data Protection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Spanish Data Protection and Digital Rights Act of December 3, 2018, provided data will be processed according to the purposes specified in our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability
If Kobho Labs suffers damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from the actions of one of the parties, the responsible party agrees to compensate accordingly, especially in cases of unlawful behavior, unfair practices, or professional negligence. Kobho Labs assumes no responsibility for negligent use of products resulting in health issues for the buyer or third parties who use or consume our products.
